Free Worldwide Shipping We're pleased to offer free shipping on every order, to every destination we ship to, with no minimum order value required. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order ships. Estimated Delivery Times Because BrowLatch orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment partners, delivery times can vary by destination: Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email where a tracking number is available. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after you first receive it. Customs, Duties and Taxes For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country once the package reaches your destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what charges may apply.
